The goals of SolutionCity are to provide South Australian organisations* with:

A focal point for developing and promoting an aspirational level of ICT excellence; Improved access to other like minded businesses for collaboration in pursuing global market opportunities; A unique global differentiator; Fast-track access to broader markets, for companies that develop creative and innovative solutions; A vehicle that further heightens the media's understanding of the importance and potential of the ICT industry in South Australia; The best and brightest students, (attracted to working in the exciting and innovative ICT industry); and Promotion of South Australia as a (global) test-bed and incubator for technological and social innovation.

* Note:- the term “South Australian organisations” includes all new and existing companies in South Australia, plus identifiable business units of national and international companies geographically located in South Australia.
