Internode Grabs Control of Global Links

The network is now managed, end to end by Agile, all the way from Agile DSLAM installations in Telstra exchanges, right across our own private national path-redundant backbones, through four independent 155 megabit per second links to the USA, and into Cisco GSR 12000 routers run in the USA by Agile. These routers link the network with US national network traffic in San Jose and Los Angeles, California

This network deployment generates a variety of benefits for our customers, including: Higher speeds, better fault tolerance, 'quality of service' network flow control all the way to the USA, improved access to international network content, a capacity for continued smooth growth, and greater independence from local supplier failures in Australia.
