The first SolutionCity Members Information Forum was held on Wednesday 29 Ocober 2003 at EDS Marketspace. At this event twelve organisations were welcomed as new members and presented with their membership certificates.
All members were represented at the forum that was addressed by the Lord Mayor of Adelaide, Michael Harbison.
Michael is a strong supporter for the SolutionCity concept believing it complements the "Adelaide is" marketing program by providing a global focus on our city's world-leading ICT capabilities.
Members were provided with a briefing of the Strategic Marketing Plan that outlined a progressive seven year program to develop and enhance Adelaide's profile as a global centre of ICT excellence. An overview was also provided on the detailed marketing plan for the remainder of 2003/04.
Members unanimously supported these proposed plans and committed themselves to further grow and support the brand.
