EIA and ICT Council Collaboration
Representatives of the EIA Board have had discussions with Board representatives from the ICT Council about closer collaborative ties during 2008. The discussions have been productive and centring around issues of functions, activities and benefits to membership. For example, such collaboration could deliver the following benefits to both organisations:
- increased number of events to attend.
- greater networking and business opportunities.
- greater capability to attract government funding to support common strategic initiatives.
- more detailed career information to impart to high school students.
