Customer Success Stories

Clinic Design and New Media, a member of the Kojo Group

Telstra Dome web site

Telstra Dome required a cost effective solution to enable it to communicate to thousands of visitors and members of its corporate clubs. The timeframe was extremely short, less than two weeks, and the client was nervous about investing further in web technologies.

Ease of development

While the final design decisions were being made, Telstra Dome was able to leverage the power of Clinic Design’s ICE web-publishing platform and fully populate the skeletal web site with content. Once the final ‘look’ of the site was approved, the style was applied and the web site went ‘live’. After having used ICE for several days, Telstra Dome were no longer nervous about their investment and had been empowered by ICE to control and maintain their own content.

Brand Control

Clinic was able to demonstrate ICE's brand control ability with the new look Telstra Dome site. The Telstra Dome web site required a new look to fit in with a new corporate style and they were apprehensive about having to redevelope the entire site. Because ICE stores content independent of the way it is displayed, a fresh style was easily applied site wide at a fraction of the cost of a full redevelopment.

Mitsubishi ‘MOTOR’ (Mitsubishi Online Training and Organisation Resource) extranet site

Mitsubishi Motors had an enormous amount of training and education material, in various document formats, with no centralised management or distribution control and required assistance on how to deal with what seemed an insurmountable problem.

After a detailed consultancy phase, that included identifying all key stake holder needs, a proposal was put forward by Kojo Group to encapsulate all the training and education resources under one umbrella concept, MOTOR.

E-Document creation and online distribution

The MOTOR site makes use of ICE’s extensive feature set that includes the ability to upload the latest information to the website, then automatically generate pre-formatted PDF documents for Mitsubishi dealers to download. As a result, the dealers have the latest up-to-date information in a print friendly and easy to read format, all from a centralised distribution point under complete control of stakeholders at Mitsubishi Motors.

With the advantage of the ICE search engine, information is incredibly simple to find, whether it be the latest news, or archived product information.

The simple MOTOR interface design belies the enormous amount of information that is held within the site. The clean website structure ensures that information is very easy to find, making the MOTOR website an invaluable resource for Mitsubishi dealers for up to date training and education and a benefit to organisation communications.
